Once payment has been successfully processed, refunds, cancellations, exchanges, credits, or transfers will not be provided except where required by applicable Malaysian law.

Non-Refundable Scenarios

Software Support

Although refunds are not available, we are committed to providing reasonable technical support for our software products.

If you experience software-related issues, compatibility problems, bugs, or technical difficulties, please contact our support team. We will make reasonable efforts to investigate and assist in resolving reported issues; however, we do not guarantee specific response times, resolution timelines, or feature implementation.

Webinars & Digital Products

Registration fees for webinars, access to video courses, software subscriptions, downloadable resources, digital products, and other online services are non-refundable and non-transferable once access has been granted, the booking has been confirmed, or the digital content has been made available.

Exceptions

Refunds will only be considered where required by applicable Malaysian law or in exceptional situations such as:

Duplicate payment for the same product or service.
Successful payment where no access to the purchased service was provided due to an error on our side.
