By purchasing any of our products or services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Cancellation Policy.

                Leads Factory Services are considered final. Once payment has been
                successfully processed, orders cannot be cancelled except where

Cancellation Policy

Since our products and services include digital content, software access, webinars, online training, consulting services, and other digital offerings, cancellation requests cannot be accepted after purchase.

Webinars

Webinar registrations are non-cancellable. If you are unable to attend a scheduled webinar, cancellation or refund will not be provided. Any alternative access, such as a recorded session, will only be provided if expressly stated at the time of purchase.

Software & Digital Products

Once access to software, AI tools, digital downloads, video courses, subscriptions, or any other digital product has been provided, the purchase cannot be cancelled, revoked, or transferred.

Exceptions

Cancellation requests may be considered only:

Where required under applicable Malaysian law.
Where Leads Factory Services is unable to provide the purchased product or service due solely to reasons attributable to us.
